How to return your item
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a return within 5 days of the item being delivered. We will then send you more information on how to return your item to us for a refund. Currently, we do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, any items that are to be returned are the buyers’ responsibility. We recommend that buyers send the items back using Royal Mail, with a tracked service or obtaining a certificate of postage that covers the value of the order. If you do not wish to use Royal Mail, please advise us in your return request.

All refund requests must be made by email within 5 days of the item being delivered.
All returns must then be received within 10 days of confirmation of the refund request.
Items must be returned in the original packaging in a new, unused, unwashed condition. Ludus Apparel LTD has the right to reject any returns that does not match its original condition, free from any marks (e.g. make-up, deodorant, etc) or odours (e.g. perfume, pets, cigarette, food, etc).
Please allow 5 working days for your refund to be processed. Refunds will be made back to the original purchase card/method. International orders are refunded in GBP (original purchase currency) so there may be some fluctuations in price with the refund due to the exchange rates.
Postage and Packaging charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods. We cannot refund or exchange products that are lost in the post when being returned back to us. The cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the buyer.
Undeliverable packages to the buyer cannot be refunded. If the buyer would like us to send the item back, an additional P&P charge will apply.
We inspect each item carefully before we dispatch an order. However, in the unlikely event that the merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately and within 5 days of the package being delivered. We will be happy to replace it accordingly or refund the price of the item once it is returned to us.
Personalised items, items from any team shop, or items with additional personalisation/added requests are not returnable and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
