Individual (non-team/bulk) orders will be processed and shipped within 2-4 working days. Please let us know if you require your order by a certain date, and we will do all we can to try and accommodate you. There may be times when are stock levels are not complete up-to-date. Please look out for any emails in case we are out of stock.

Team orders are processed in approximately 7-10 working days, although this can vary depending on how busy we are at that time, and is not guaranteed. Please be patient with your team orders! 



Most orders under 2kg are sent via Royal Mail. Large boxes and bulk orders are usually sent via UPS. If you have a preferred shipping courier, please do let us know. 

STANDARD DELIVERY (UK) – 2-4 working days from date of shipping.

EXPRESS DELIVERY (UK) - Please allow 1-2 working days for delivery. These will be prioritized.

We also ship worldwide. Standard delivery times are 6-9 working days at this time. If you need your order quicker than this, please do get in touch as we can expedite shipping for you at an additional cost. Please note any charges relating to tax and customs duty are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please be aware that your parcel can be delayed by customs. We have no control over this, and cannot supply any details why or for how long your parcel will be delayed.



We will send out your parcel to the delivery address that you have provided with your order. Your confirmation email will contain the information you have to Ludus.

We unfortunately aren't able to be held responsible for parcels that are delayed, lost, or unable to be delivered, due to the incorrect address being given. In these circumstances no refund will be given on missing or undelivered parcels.
